This vineyard is located in the Municipality of La Morra in the renowened geographical area of Boiolo and is aged for 3 years in medium/large oak barrels. The result is a Barolo with significant tannins that can be appreciated after a few years of refining in bottles. In general, it is an evolving wine that can endure over time.
There are two versions of this wine on offer. One is obtained from the grapes harvested in the vineyard exposed to the West, where the wine produced has strong fruity scents and is ideal for drinking young. The other is the "Ribota" selection, a wine matured in barriques and made from bunches exposed to the South, giving it a great structure and a greater endurance over time.
Made from grapes originating from the company's historic vineyards. After a year in large barrels, the wine is refined in bottles for one or two years, depending on the vintages. It can also be kept for 7/8 years.
