This Rosé wine, produced without the grape skin, contains three types of grapes typical from Piemonte: Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo.
The wine present itself as pleasant, harmonic, with an intense and fruity perfume, and well structured with a moderate acidity.
The wine goes very well together with hors d'oeuvers, meal starters and fish meals, or is also very suitable as aperitif.
To be served chilled at:
10 - 12 C.
