NEBBIOLO D'ALBA D.O.C.

Ancient vineyard, grown since the very origins by our wine farm, Nebbiolo grapes are also placed in the sunniest and most favourable areas in Diano d'Alba. The Nebbiolo wine has got a ruby colour with light orange reflections, featuresof its ageing.

The perfume is delicate and full, with fruity smells and in the bottom pleasantly spicy. The taste, dry and 'determined' , tannic but with balance and with a delicate bitter smell, makes it particularly suitable for game and red meat roast beefs.

To be served at 18 degrees C.
