BAROLO D.O.C.G.

The vineyard is situated in La Morra. This wine is produced in a traditional way, being aged in French oak barrels for three years.

Its character is austere and complex with a red garnet colour, has got a wide range of perfumes, which refer to ripe fruits, liquorice and spices. It is the wine suitable for very important occasions, which should be limited to big red meat roast beefs and to the classical game specialies.

To be served at 18 - 20 degrees C.

Preservation time: 15 - 20 years.
